お支払い方法［ about payment ］

宿泊料はチェックイン時にお支払いください。
お支払いは日本円の現金にてお願いします。
（クレジットカードは、VISA、MASTER、JCB、AMERICAN EXPRESS、Diners Club、DISCOVERがお使いいただけます）。
Please pay by cash or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, Union Pay etc)

キャンセル料について［ about cancelation ］

宿泊予定日の3日前から前日までのキャンセルは宿泊料金の50％を頂戴いたします。
ご宿泊当日のキャンセル及び無断不泊は宿泊料金の100%を頂戴いたします。
Cancelations made 3 days prior to the date of stay will be charged 50% of the room rate.
Cancelations on the day of your stay and unauthorized night will be charged 100% of the room rate.
